About the project / EN
The building responds to its position between two urban frontages through a clear vertical break and a measured facade rhythm. Brick frames and light surfaces emphasize the corner, while planted balconies add depth to the elevation. Together, these elements give the residences a distinct street presence and contribute to the visual quality of the city edge.

حجم ساختمان در محل تلاقی دو جبههٔ شهری، با شکستگی عمودی و ریتم منظم نما تعریف می‌شود. قاب‌های آجری و سطوح روشن، گوشهٔ بنا را برجسته می‌کنند و بالکن‌های سبز به نما عمق می‌دهند. ترکیب این عناصر، در کنار پاسخ به نیازهای سکونتی، به کیفیت بصری جدارهٔ خیابان کمک می‌کند.
