Derakhshani Office & Commercial Building.

At an urban corner in Baneh, the Derakhshani Building brings a contemporary identity to a familiar streetscape. Brick anchors the project in the city's material memory, while the rhythm of vertical screens, layered façades and deep shadows gives the office and commercial frontage a changing presence. A clear volume and open ground level connect the building to the street; carefully framed openings balance daylight, privacy and views. Inside, warm timber ceilings and restrained surfaces extend this measured architectural language into the workplace. The project mediates between the solidity of its urban setting and a lighter, more inviting experience of public and private space.
